These beautiful platters are typically called, "Sushi Platters' but we all know you can use them to serve anything. They are also unique pieces of art for your home and make beautiful table centerpieces or can be put in stands to see them in an upright position. I put mine in the window to see the colors change as the light comes through.The platters are various colors fused to a food safe clear glass. Each one is then slumped to a gentle curve.
